A4 Major Failures - Need Advice
Hi, could really do with some advice please.
I bought a 53 plate A4 2.0 FSI from a (non Audi) dealership 3 months ago and have had 3 months of happy motoring. So much so that I would really like to stay with Audi's. Anyway, last week the brakes completely failed, luckily I was only doing about 10mph so was able to stop using the handbrake.
I manged to recover the car back to the dealership (cost £70) who after 3 days stated that the car had suffered a fault (probably a valve but couldn't be sure) in the brake servo system, however, they were unable to fix it and I should get an authorised Audi Dealership to look at it.
Again had to recover the car to an Audi garage who diagnosed the brake fault (£75) but they have also found another major fault. Therefore at Audi prices: -
Neither of which are covered under the warranty i got with the car.
Does anyone have any ideas. As I've only had the car 3 months I want to send it back as not fit for purpose, but the dealership is dodging my phone calls and I'm hemorrhaging money on a car I cant drive or afford to fix.
Any advice will be greatfully accepted. Many thanks in advance!!!!!

- Tandem Pump failure in Braking Servo System (£475)
- Leaking Fuel Rail requiring swap of it and associated parts (£1082)

The fuel rail really shouldn't be that expensive. I would think that would be simple to fix on your own or much cheaper to have another shop do it. I would also call around to try to find a brake shop that will fix the other problem.
