aftermarket HIDS
im about to put 10,000K aftermarket HIDS in my a4. give me your imput and also is it hard to put them in because when i pop my hood it looks like you need the hands of a 5yr old to get in there.
I'm not even sure ifthose will increase visibity much more than the yellowish halogens.
For daytime cruising, you should have your windows tinted purple to keep the effect going...IMO..
It's not very difficult to get to the Hex bolts holding the housing of the headlights. Grab a flash light and #7 hex(I think), long screw driver(magnetized so you don't drop itdown inthere)...you're good to go with those until you go to unplug the headlight harness. Have fun.
Post some pics when your done.

According to every HID dealer, even 12k is about 2 times brighter than a stock halogen.
It is not that hard, you will have to take your headlights out, so that will make that easier.
10k might look cool, but cops might stop you more now... I would go with 6k, maybe with 8k.
