Default Annoying Vibrations, ADVICE Please

Guys,

I just got '03 A4 about a month ago, it has 65,000 miles. There is an annoying thing about the car, slight Engine Vibration.

Symptoms:
- Start Engine, car is reving at about 1100rpm (Idle) --> Steering is vibrating (not major vibrations, but moderate)
- 2 minutes after, engine revs linearlydown to about 800rpm --> Steering is vibrating less (compared to before, but still vibrates)
- I tried opening the driver door and hold the top frame at the corner, i can feel the vibration
- Slight Ticking noises every 5-8 seconds coming from the centre of the engine
- VAG-COM:No Engine Fault Codes
- No CEL

What I did to it so far:
- Replaced the spark plugs (One spark plug was very loose and the combustion had reached the tip of coilpack, wiped it with a cloth and it all went away)
- Replaced AirFilter/PollenFilter
- Changed Oil (Used Synthetic Castrol 5w40) and OilFilter (original from dealer)
- I dismounted the Throttle Body and cleaned it (I noticed oil on its inside, a little bit in the intake manifold surface also, and little oil at the intercooler exit hole, looked like clean oil, not black) Iam confusedhowdid theoil reach into the air system, but anyway, cleaned everything I can reach.
- I visually examined the rubber engine mounts, they didn't seem to have any sign of rupture

Suggestion for next step?
Planing to change timing belt, water pump, tensioners, etc.
Should I consider purchasing a new set of Coilpacks? Does any of the symptoms relate to a failing coilpack? (Note: no CEL and vag-com does not indicate any cylinder missfire)

I am confused.!

sounds kinda like a coilpack. if shaking continues to get worse its a coilpack. at ecs tunning they carry the hitachi stage1 coils for like 120 or something like that for four. I had to replace them also because i had a vibration at idle.

Well, I wanted to take an extra step and confirm that it is the Coilpacks.

I was thinking of running one of the two methods mentioned here: http://forums.audiworld.com/a4gen2/msgs/1003672.phtmlto verify which one is failing. For some reason I can predict that it's impossible that one of my cylinders is missfiring because the vibration would be scary plus CEL will be on, or at least will show on VAG-COM.

Can coilpacks semi-fail? meaning, Not operate as efficient? or are they of the type "WORK" / "DON't WORK" ?
