The transmision mounts are new and I changed the motor mount twice.

Just out of curiosity, why were they changed twice?

Mass airflow sensor.
Check for a missfire at idle.
Torque converter could be going. (if there is one, i dont know about audis too well)
Is it a fast vibration?

Default Audi A4 Vibration

I changed the engine mount twice because it was a suspicions that the one that I installed did not have the internal fluid (Just rubber) but when the 2nd pair were intalled, the car continues with the same problem. Front axles are new and properlly installed (As a test. the mechanic removes the axles from the transmission to see if the vibration stop, but the vibration continues). Torque converter is new. Yes, is a fast vibration. You can feel the vibration in drive and reverse only in the car cabin.

Finally, I replaced the timming belt, water pump, front shock absorber, fan clutch and bearing fan clutch, thermostac, transmision pump, new spark plugs and KN air filter. and No Check engine ligth!

Now How I can check the mass airflow sensor or check the missfire. I am planning to replace all coils.

Any vibration will be caused by a rotating part so doing a scan for codes may not bring it up.

This can be caused by many factors and since it obviously means that something somewhere is off balanced you really shouldn't **** around with it and just take it to a tech that you trust. Off balance parts when ignored tend to cause more and more damage to the components around it so get to a reputable shop ASAP.

Did you just recently buy this car? Maybe youre just not used to the small 4 cylinder engine. Like me, i had a truck with a big v8 before i bought my audi and the truck was a lot smoother at idle than the audi is.
And btw what is the rpm while in neutral and in gear?

I checked the snub mount and it is set properly. The car has one owner, me. I have it since 1999. The car was verified by three different mechanics and no one can identify the problem. My last option is the audi dealer.

Does somebody know where is the A4 MAF sensor?

The RMP is between 1000 and 800 rev.
