I replaced all mounts. They are OEM. When I started to driving the car, the vibration was reduced a little bit at stop. If I left the car at drive pressing the brake, after couple of seconds, 30 seconds or so, I start feeling the vibration. The snub was set correctly. But I and noticing that the motor is moving backward at stop. It seens that the transmission is putting load to the motor, When I change the trasmission to Reverse, the motor swap very hard foward and the vibration is more noticeable. It is possible that I am having problem with my transmision? What prevent in the transmision a hard shift between drive and reverse. For me is the transmission...

I'll assume your car is fwd. You need to check your transmission crossmember. That's what keeps the tail of the tranny from dropping and lifting. Check that all the bolts are tight and the mount is worn.
What could be happening is that the crossmember is broken somewhere and is allowing the engine to tilt forward and backward enough that the snub mount is holding way more weight than it's designed for and it's sending the vibrations of the engine through the car.

Yes the car is front wheel drive. I will check the cross member but the mechanic already verified that possibility. It is possible that the transmission is causing the problem by it self? At Parking or Neutral gear, no vibration only when I put the car at Drive or Reverse. The car is driving very well but at the light I start feeling the vibration. The engine does not have any malfunction or code. The engine is working as new. The transmission is changing gear with no problem. The transmission valve body is new. I do not know what else to check. I have this car since new and I have one year trying to solve this problem.

You say all the mounts are good and there's no faults from the engine. And it vibrates more when at idle with a load but not in neutral.
The engines in these cars are very small and the smaller the engine the less smooth it runs. Then when you put it in gear it has the load of the tranny working against it. Its completely normal to feel some vibration. My car is a 5 speed but when it's in neutral there is some vibration. It's just natural. Unless you are having some crazy thumping vibration knocking **** off your dashboard then i dont think there's anything wrong with the car.

Why haven't you taken it to the dealer yet? If there is actually a problem then they would be the ones to know what it is seeing as audi's are all they work on. At least bring it there and find out if something is wrong and stop throwing parts at it.

I am having the same problem right now. Pull up your ebrake and place in drive. Take a look at your drive belt tensioner and see if it is shaking really bad. If so you have a locked up alternator clutch pulley. $250 dollars from audi.

An "alternator clutch pully" is the most fake sounding part ever! Lol. Who's idea was that?! I've never seen another car with a clutch on the alternator...

Default Vibrations at drive and reverse

I left the car for six month in an Audi mechanic. He verified almost everything in the car, Engine and transmission. He removed the transmission twice. He only changed the transmission valve body. The mechanic mentioned that the engine is ok and transmission is ok. But he understand that the vibration is not usual comparing with other car same year. He scanned the car also. I mentioned to him that the vibration started when the car was repaired for an oil leakage between the cylinder head and piston block when another mechanic removes the cylinder head and replaced the head gasket. Since then, I noticed that the car felt like an increase of power. My problem is that when I put the car in drive, the motor moves and it feels like is having an excess load and the motor is pivoting too much. The converter is new and all mounts are new. My last change is that the transmission computer is damage or something happened during the cylinder head removal and repair. Any final suggestion?. I am driving the car placing the transmission in neutral on every traffic light.

Default Vibration

Belt tensioner is new. If you means serpentine tensioner, the tensioner is new.

I wish you would have mentioned the head being off earlier. 2 possible things could be causing your problem.
1. Timing belt off 1 tooth. You'd be amazed how often this happens. They just slap the head and belt back on and don't even realized it's one tooth advnaced or retarded. If it's advanced it will do wxactly what you are saying. A little more power but bad idle quality.
2. One cylinder low compression. Bad head gasket or worn rings. One cylinder makes less power than the others. It will cause a bad idle but you would be down on power. Though with a turbo motor you might not notice the power loss because it will just throw more boost at it.
I'm going to bet your timing is the problem.
