Audi A4 2004 It starts but the engine shuts off after a second
Hi guys, I'm a new member. I have an Audi A4 2004 1.8T and it turns on but after a second the engine shuts off. I read something about the immobilizer but it don't shows any sign on on the board. Please Help me !!!

Is it a standard transmission? My daughter's 2003 A4 3.0 MT6 did this because the clutch pedal sensor failed and the car would start but immediately turn off. The sensor determines that the clutch pedal is depressed -- it's strange that it even lets the car start at all.
