i have a audi a4 1.8t b6 from 2003 with bex engine. The other day when I started the car the dashboard lights did not light anymore. In the same time the rpm-meter and the speedometer did not work, they stay at zero, the oil warning light is on all the time and the total km do not increase while driving. The heat-meter and fuel-meter are working. I checked the oil level and is is ok. Everything else runs ok. Please help

 

Hey man, did U get any news on yr dashboard lights problem ?
I have an A4 B5 with has the same kind of problem. Have tried a bit on the internet and gonna talk to some friends...let's see if we can work this out.

I went with the car at a car repairing shop specialized on audi an vw. They said that the dashboard computer is fried. The dashboard computer can not be bought alone. So they ordered a new dashboard from Germany (computer included) - 200 euros. Now I wait for it to come and latter to be installed into may car.
