Audi a4 help! White smoke exhaust! Coolant Leak!
(if you see similar thread on another forum it's reposed, just looking for as much information as possible)
new to the forums bought an audi a4 b6 and need help. Long story short the car when cranked had a very rough idle, leaking coolant and white smoke coming from the exhaust. Thinking it is a blown head gasket I decided to take the head apart. Upon further inspection I noticed some more things that might be probably cause.
some background info/ specs:
-2002 audi a4 b6 quattro 1.8t AMB, roughly 220k km
-safety done 2 months ago was kept in a underground parking lot; estimating roughly a month (what kind of problems can arise within such a short period)
-in the engine bay there seems to be a cracked hose which I assume runs the coolant to the engine (I will confirm later)
If you need more pictures/higher res. and or any other information please pm and I'll post whatever information I can in the most detail possible.
If there are some tests/diagnosis I need to run (diy) let me know. I checked the the cylinder head for any warping with a feelers gauge with 0.002" thickness and no real gaps or uneven surface. 0.004" tolerance passed as well. From my inspection I can see water seeped through the cylinders and I think may have entered through the valves leaking towards the exhaust valves which caused the white smoked. I just have no idea how to test where the coolant is leaking from and getting to where it isn't suppose to be entering. Also checked the dipstick and the oil is runny/light brown and seems like it is mixed with some coolant. The oil does seem sludge like and when I inspected the radiator coolant container initially before buying it was milky/pink. If you guys might be asking I also ran OBDII and it gave some random codes which aren't even the right codes and display no proper information on the audi codes. I'll check the codes again to see if my OBDII scanner is working or not.
I will be cleaning the engine and check for further problems and visible cracks. If you guys have any advice on tools and guide I need to use to properly clean the engine let me know.
I will keep you guys posted (until then I am currently using the search and any resource possible to find a solution)

edit*: just added another pic. I will pressure test the cylinder head for any cracks/valve leaks and check engine cooler for oil/coolant mix.

*sorry for all the waste of space and huge images
Also if anyone can answer are the valves suppose to be flush? Can I crank the cams to make them flush? This is the position they were in when I took the head out with the timing belt aligned.
