Angry Audi A4 Quattro

Got into my daughter's car 2005 Audi A4 Quattro for the first time in a few months and noticed a thumping/grinding sound coming from the rear when driving. It progresses and slows in conjuction with the speed of the car. Tires are fairly new (one year). No loose lugs. No movement from rods. No leakage in rear differential. 94,000 miles. Any other thoughts?

hehe....i guess i missed the part where it needed a fuel pressure sensor too. There was a time when I did all that myself...now I just don't have the time.
