There are no adjustments to be made. Also the clutch is not like the brakes, it cant wear down to the point that it is just metal to the flywheel/PP. The disk can only wear so much before the space between the flywheel and PP is too big causing there to be too little of pressure being put on the disk and causing it to slip.

okay thanks, was curious as to what could be the cause. I like the clutch and want to put another SB stage 3 in with stock flywheel again. Just trying to sort out any mistakes that could have been made when it was installed.

Also the clutch use to engage 1/4 of the way up when it was first installed and then at a 1/2 once it was broken in... you had to be fully off the pedal to engage before it went...

I wont know till next saturday what actually happened to the clutch... but I will post pics up next

the problem ended up being bad throw-out bearings.... so I ended up buying a clutch kit again...

Wow man i feel for you with the clutch. Mine completely blew 2 days after i bought the car. Bought a luk oem kit for $470 and did the clutch myself. 40k later and its still holding up pretty well and has great pedal feel.
