Default Bearing or Pulley noise? - VIDEO INCLUDED

PLEASE help me diagnose this noise. I replaced a valve today that surprisingly quieted my engine a little, only now I hear this noise! I think it is a pulley or bearing, but not sure if it is on the fan or the belt. If you look close to the pulley on the belt, it appears to wobble a little, but I am not sure if this is my problem. Any help on this issue is appreciated!!!

Here are the 2 videos, one at the engine bay, and one inside the cabin:

Also: When I say "that air is freaking hot," the fans at the front of the engine kick on and blow all the air up, on my hands. Is it normal for that air to be that hot? It was really hard to keep my hands there and I had to back up and hold the camera at an angle a little to get the shot without getting burned.

I was thinking about it, any thoughts on if that tensioner is failing?

Yes, the fans are supposed to blow hot air in order to keep the engine cool. Best way is to remove the serp belt and run the engine without it for a few minutes and see if noise stops. If it stops, turn each pulley by hand and check for excessive drag or roughness. If everything seems smooth replace the belt and tensioner, and hopefully it will take care of the noise.

ok just checking. My engine smells hot sometimes, but isn't overheating so I wasn't sure. As far as pulling everything, I may try to do a screw driver test. I'm a small woman and my dad has been having to help me remove stuff about 3-4 times a week. Might give him a rest and try to stick to things I can do on my own. I noticed the car only makes the noise after I have been driving it for a little bit, and then let it idle in park. Not sure if that makes a difference?
