I found a small leak in the hose that goes from the n75 to the turbo.. the hose from the wastegate was fine.

if you have access to a vacuum pump you can test the waste gate to see if it functions. or you can take a vacuum line and run it to the intake manifold( Must be post throttle body for this to work) and hook it up to the waste gate, start car. at idle the waste gate should open.

secondly if that works, replace n75 with a new one and see if code comes back.
I'll give that a shot.

I'm having a similar issue minus the limp mode. On acceleration boost seems very choppy. If I step on it, it will almost jerk to go fast then slow down then go fast again. Kinda hard to explain besides saying its choppy acceleration. It also does this when driving normally.

Any ideas? I know i'm developing a hole in my exhaust near the mufflers, but would a hole in the exhaust make this happen? Or would it be a hose?
