Exclamation Help! installed boost gauge now 11dtc's and limp mode

Hey all, so heres the deal, picked up boost gauge, installed following center vent diy, all is good so far, tested needle movement a little jerky, i figured it was the crap tubing that came with the gauge, so i upgraded to a nice rubber hose, now, start car, reads vacuum YEA! nope not yea! i drive car and now only 5-6psi boost.. and vacuum is higher now at 15-17 was at 20? what is a normal idle reading>? and to top it all off CEL is now on, 11dtc's all having to do with emmisions, fuel/air, o2 sensors, maf, and the like. all are short to ground codes, wtf>:? i thought maby something was bad in the install so i disconnected everything and put it back to normal. reset CEL and same problem came back, so its not that. Then i started searching for answers i noticed that quite a few people were have vacuum leak problems with that hose bundle looking thing at the top of the intake, so i moved that around with the car off and i was heariing the sound of air escaping? i fololowed this hose to the master cylinder, and moved it where is goes into the housing below the brake fluid resivor, and heard air sounds again... is that normal?? is it even possible a leak in vac is causing this? or did i hit a harness on the ecu when pulling the tube through for the gauge? how do i cause short to ground of practically everything on the left side of the car

please help? or suggest something.

a good idle reading is 20-22", sounds like you have a vacuum leak.

leave the gauge disconnected and everything back as it was and post the exact codes that you get from that setup.

k here codes are

p0102-Mass or Volume Air Flow Circ Low Input
p0134-O2 Sensor Circ.,Bank1-Sensor1 No Activity Detected
p0140-O2 Sensor Circ.,Bank1-Sensor2 No Activity Detected
p1114-Bank1-Sensor2 Internal Resistant too High
p1115-O2 Sensor Heater Circ.,Bank1-Sensor1 Short to Ground
p1117-O2 Sensor Heater Circ.,Bank1-Sensor2 Short to Ground
p1289-Turbocharger bypass valve short to ground
p1421-Sec.Air Inj.Valve Circ Short to Ground
p1425-Tank Vent.Valve Short to Ground
p1435-Sec.Air Inj.Sys.Pump Relay Circ. Short to ground
p1473-EVAP Emission Contr.LDP Circ Open Circ.

i am guessing by the similarities that one thing is causing all of theese... could it be a vacuum leak>??

theese coded read the same both with the boost gauge connected, and removed. and when removed i used a brand new hose to replace the one i had to splice into. so the leak isnt in there. Now could it be a leak? tomorrow i plan on trying the tennis ball leak tester.

ok, any ideas anyone??????

1 more thing, as noted above my vacuum currently reads between 15-18 so there is ovbiously a leak somewhere, would that be enough to cause all the dtc's? and limp mode? or is the limp mode the result of the dtc's?

yes definitely check for vacuum leaks.
Also check your fuse #29, I also hear if this pops it will throw a bunch of those codes at once

try checking that fuse but, my guess is that you jarred one of the electrical connectors loose when you ran your boost gauge hose.
