Buying 2003 Audi A4 3.0 Help

I am close to buying a 2003 Audi A4 3.0 Quattro. It has 140k mileage on the dash. It has a cold air intake put it and a custom exhaust. Are there any specific things that I can check on the car before I buy it?

timing belt for sure! PS leaks are common in 3.0's other then that not sure what else as i have a 1.8t. someone will chime in im sure! Just make sure you check all the hoses and do a firm test drive!
