Buying car - Service History
So I am close to buying a 2002 A4 b6 2.4l sedan which has done about 119,000km. It took a while to find one with the colour I wanted but in the end I found one.
I was looking at the service book and I noticed that the car was getting serviced at every 20,000km until about 86,000km. At 86,000km it says that the timing belt was changed and it looked like everything else was checked/changed. The next service was due at 100,000km but I don't know if they made a mistake with the service book but the car has now done 119,000km and I didn't see a service in the book since the 86,000km service.
How bad is the gap between the last service and 119,000km?
P.S. I test drove the car and it seems to drive well.

well the timing belt service is one of the more important things so thats a good place to start. due to the gap in the most recent service intervals id say just check the seals and make sure nothings leaking, and make sure the oil is (at least somewhat) fresh.
but honestly, the timing belt is the biggest service issue on the higher mileage audis.
