Caliper Carrier Bracket Bolts

Caliper Carrier Bracket Bolts
Hey guys,
So I'm replacing my front pads and rotors and I've come to a road block. I got the caliper off no problem, but the carrier bracket is stuck. The two 21mm bolts on the back of the bracket are literally stuck on. I wrenched on them for about 2 hours straight. Broke a rachet in the process. Does anyone have any tricks to get these off? Or is there some magical way I can slip the rotor passed the carrier bracket?
I'm planning on taking a trip over to the parts store tomorrow and picking up another ratchet and a blow torch. Anyone got any other ideas?
Oh, and happy Halloween!

I just got done replacing my pads and turning the rotors. The bolts that hold the carrier on are torqued to 190 NM and are serrated head. I used a breaker bar to break them loose. I would say they are just tight. Make sure you have a good hex socket.
Hope that helps.
