I have a cylinder head problem (long story) and need to know if the head is OEM or aftermarket or rebuilt. Is there a way to tell by looking at it (for instance, is there a cast in audi symbol somewhere??)

imo if its rebuilt i doubt there would be a special mark. they would just use the stock and redo valves and surface if needed. aftermarket would obviously be a little different.
