I have an Audi A3 2004, which gives vibrations when stopped in traffic(when the car is in neutral). Some say its the fuel injections that need to be cleaned. I have made all the usual changes of filters and oils, also the the engine mounts. When I put the first gear, the vibration is lost. What would you suggest?

Can you share more information about your A4, like which and and transmission are in the car?
