Default Chip, CEL, O2 sensors and anger

So 4 weeks ago i got my a4 chipped to stage 1+(bosch injectors). About 4 days later CEL comes up, i necessarily drive on it for a week and a half until i can make it back to the place that chipped it.

It was throwing up 3 codes, O2 bank 1 sensor 2 malfunction, O2 lean, and voltage spike or something like that. Shop owner cleans MAF, replaces both O2 sensors(car has ~93k miles).

I drive away with a lighter wallet and no sooner than about 70 miles out CEL comes back, go to some random shop to read the codes. Only 2 codes come up now Bank 1 sensor 2 malfunction, running lean.

I call the shop that did the work they say its the maf, i think its a faulty component or installation. Can it be the maf and if it can how can you prove it because i have alreay just dumped a good bit more than i had planned.

Any help would be appreciated!

Running lean is usually a vacuum leak. It could also have something to do with the injectors they just installed.

You could always try calling the chip manufacturer to see if they have any ideas.

I called APR before replacing the sensors, they said it shouldn't be throwing up a code and replace the sensors and I'll be good.
I called an audi dealership this morning and they said that the lean code could be a ton of different things, but i am thinking the lean code must be a direct result of the O2 sensor sinc ethey have come on and off together consistently after chipping.

well o2 sensor and MAF are in the same park, and for one to fail and then be fixed, then the next fails.... seems sketchy to me. but then again, it is a high mileage car so maybe some sensors need replacing
