Cold Air Intake
there arent many choices but definetly dont get fooled by Carbonio! there stuff looks good but its actually designed like crap and costs 400+ dollars.
i took one for the A4 team and found out the hard way. Your better off just riggin up your own intake and gettin a nice heat shield that can block all that turbo heat. theres lots of guys on here who have done this and it worked out great for them.

Actaully Carbonio is still one of the best intakes out there, but yeah, sometimes it is really hard to fit.
CincyTT is right, you will get as much as 0 hp/tq. But u will get more turbo spool noise
))
You can just drop in a cone filter + heatshield.

Wow i cant believe you just said that carbonio is good. just cause it costs the most means nothing.they did a mega Shi*ty job engineering that thing and they cover it all up with that hunk of Sh*t CF cover.

I have mine wrapped with extra reflective shielding from the firewall all the way through the TIP in to the turbo inlet. It provides a larger MAF opening as an option for when you have bigger turbo kits that require it. It shows very good IAT's in combination with the FMIC I have. I got it cheap. So, yes, I'd go on record saying Carbonio is good. Mine fit well, finish is great, and the design works. My only compaint would've been to include more reflective heat shield with it. But anyone who pays retail for any parts hasn't been around the forums long, especially at AZ... where stuff can be had cheap all the time for the B6; you just have to wait a little for the deal to come around.
Doesn't look too badly engineered to me:
agreed, i love mine. it fit great and i love the sound it gives. and like you said, **** retail for some things... i got mine for 200$ shipped on zine and it was brand new!
