cold air intake problem :( HELP

Default cold air intake problem :( HELP

i've put a AFE intake on the car & now im geting a code for PO299 & the light is on !!!!!!
any ideas what 2 do!!!!???????

thats a turbo underboost code, make sure you installed everything properly, take it to a shop

The "read between the lines" of that code, in this instance, should be:

"Take that intake off and put the stock one back on. You were suckered."

Not only does that intake do nothing for you, it should've had nothing to do with an underboost. It isn't connecting to anything on the pressure side, and there should've been no reason to disconnect anything on the pressure side.
