Default completely new..upgrade questions

alright this is my first post and my first audi. i have an 03 a4 sport pkg. and i think the car is sick... my first question is how much rough driving can the engine/car handle because i can't help but drive the car everywhere like its a race. second question is this... i can not afford the turbo upgrades but looked at a couple ecu's... if i were to replace the ecu, would i need to replace anything else so that the car runs properly and does that affect the life of the engine? it currently has 98k on it. and if ya'll have any other relatively cheap ugrade ideas let me know. thanks for all the help.

Stop driving like that. Forget about the chip. Sell the car. Get a bicycle. Save someones life.

Watch this video please. http://bilgalleri.dk/html/vid_vis.asp?VideoID=22034

If you can't help with it, sell your car and take bus before you become a murderer.

If you want to drive the car everywhere like its a race, do it at race track.

First off, just what the others said about yer drivin' habbits. Maybe after a Grand Caravan or something smokes your car, then you'll realize you ain't winning ish in a race with a stock A4 and you'll drive more conservatively on the streets.
Next, you don't replace whole ECU's; that's the whole computer management system. You gets a chip or have a flash program.
These things will make you faster and at first you'll think you are the fastest thing out there, but again, after getting whooped by something you'd expect to beat, you'll realize you're still slow. And you'll want more and realize you may have wasted money on something you'll grow out of real quick.
So, to answer your question, you really aren't getting too much in performance without upgrading your turbo.
And I'm glad you say you can't afford it, as the rest of us don't someone out there driving everywhere like it's a race........ in a car that actually is fast.

This thread is retarded. Don't worry guys, the timing belt probably hasn't been done and the car will be dead soon anyway.

true dat i bet he will never post again. U guys scared him away gosh. nah if u do read this guy spending money to make our cars fast is really quiet pointless. IT takes way to much money time problems to get these cars fast. u be better off making body mods try a kit or something. Drop ur car get sum new rims spacers get sum ecodes new tail lights theres other things besides goingfast and possibly ruing ur life or worst of someone elses.

sarcasm must easily by-pass the majority of you, but thanks for the whole-lot-of-nothing you contributed to this thread. the point of asking questions to which you are unfamiliar about on a forum is to get polite answers not a childish spanking. and the timing belt doesnt have to be done till 112k which is covered by the recall if it should go bad before that. and thanks, i do have a bike which, apparently, is faster than those of you who have trouble beating caravans. maybe ya'll should unload the kids and the groceries from the ride and grow some stones.

Try not to post childish questions, and we wont give answers to childish questions. There is no recall that will cover you if your belt goes bad before 112k, or was this a childish question as well. There is a class action lawsuit against audi right now because belts are breaking early and they wont fix them.

You should go find a forum with members your own age/maturity/intelligence level. This is a forum full of sincere people, who have real questions and relevant topics to share. You obviously dont have either, so spare us having to wade through your bs threads to find ones that actually matter.

okay noob maybe u should watch wat u say cuz most people that actually post on this website know what they are talking about. and a 3.0 quattro isnt a very quick car either. maybe u should use the search button to find out what is recommended to install in our cars. It has all the info u neeed if u just search.
