Did a little bit of talking to one of the reps at ECS Tuning because their site did not list the race N75 for the B5 or B6 fitment. Long story short is here is a cheap and easy upgrade for a little extra boost no matter what level of performance you 1.8t is tuned at.

My understanding is that unless you have a tune intended to use that part, it can cause significant problems including but not limited to CELs and limp mode:

Grrrr.... maybe I should read up a little before making impulse buys. After that quick read, I think that sucka is getting set right back to ECS. Seemed like a good idea, but I am a VAG newb.
