Default Considering this 2002 A4 1.8t Quattro

Found a nice 1.8t Quattro 5spd close by. It's in great condition, original owner with 57,000 miles. 4 new tires, Giac chip & MagnaFlow exhaust. Carfax is clean and even proves regular maintenance.

What are some questions I should ask when looking at this car in person? Is this price a good deal already, or should I negotiate it?

Is this a keeper?

What is the price? Looks like a nice low mileage car. I would get it. I'm not sure there is much to ask at 57k. Just if it looks like it has been kept care of. Is the ESP switch worn on the dash (center upper left, next to tray and 4 way flasher)? If it is then maybe it has been run hard. but the picture does not show that.
