Default Coolant leak, rear of AMB head.

I have a coolant leak at the rear of my AMB cyl. head. Vehicle has been sitting off and on for a while. I've started to disassemble, but it is going slow due to arthritic hands. The only thing back there I believe is a coolant flange with CTS plus hoses. Any likely possibilites? I have a ton of experience with older Audis up to mid nineties, not so much hands-on for later models.
Any suggestions would be helpful.

coolant flange for sure, $30ish part from dealership. Just a pain to get to and peel away all the layers of hoses, etc. Do the CTS while you are there.

Un bolt the heat shield on the left side, The 6mm allens too....... this way you can move the metal line that goes over out of the way.

I also use a jack on the tail shaft of the transmission and raise it gently and slowly and only a little bit to tilt the motor forward to give your hands about 3-4 more inches of space.

Its still a PITA regardless
