Lightbulb Cost of repairs accurate?

These costs of repairs sound legit?
2002 audi a4 1.8t, 98k

New Clutch:
$722 including parts

Timing Belt:
$633 including parts

Water in the brake line:
$250

Sound fair? Any comments?

TIA

T-belt sounds cheap, at least - some people have paid a lot more than that. The other two, I don't know, but I wouldn't have been surprised at a much higher quote for the clutch, though that would depend on which parts of it are being replaced. Are you just getting a new clutch disc, or pressure plate and/or flywheel as well?

If you're getting a new clutch kit sans the flywheel that sounds reasonable.
