I have a 2004 Audi A4 1.8t Yes, I know I have a ticking timebomb that finally went off. So, I now have to replace my TCM

Questions is,

My current part number (according to the shop scanner) is 8E09 101 55F I am able to find the part number E09 101 55T easily. By the naked eye they are exact. Can I use one for the other?

Is the programming different in them? Is it just a newer part number that cross references up? If anyone as some insight it would be much appreciated.
