Been noticing that the bottom of the back panel of my driver seat has been sticking out from the bottom. It seems like the two hooks on the bottom of the panel have broken off. I am not certain how the top of this panel is attached to the rear of the seat and I dont want to further break it. Do I pull the panel down or outwards? Has anyone else had this problem, if so solutions? Anyone know how much this piece would cost from the dealer?

 

It just hooks around a round wire, give it a mighty tug upwards and it will come off.
