Now... The issue was the power source in the headlight switch harness (purple wire) when the light is switched ON that source/cable will loose power. To fix it, just got power from another switched source in the fuse box.

Did you have A PROBLEM WITH THE ILLUMINATION OF THE GAUGE? When I switch on to the headlight position the gauge illumination goes off, but if I put it on parking lights it lights up. I wired it like you did and I do NOT have auto on headlamps.
