Hello guys and gals, new to the forum world at least posting. I have recently peaked interest in a project car and chose a 02 a4 1.8tq m/t 166k on it. I plan on driving it as is for now, but i am in the market to buy a spare engine to build complete. My problem is that I can find cvt and a/t blocks by the dozen and well priced, I plan on building a solid engine is there any place that specializes in Audi cranks. and is the crank the only difference in the at blocks from the mt blocks? Any help appreciated.
