Engine light came on MPH error, 2004 1.8T?

Engine light came on MPH error, 2004 1.8T?

The Check Engine light came on my 04' 1.8T and the MPH keeps beeping? Any ideas on what could be the issue. Thanks.

mph beeping is prob. the speed warning, which pretty much means your going faster that the set speed limit your or the previous owner once set.

and can't help on the check engine light without codes.
