Hello All,

First of all thank you for taking a second to look at this. I have a 2005 A4 3.0 with H&R coilovers 6-speed manual. I was driving last week and I got caught on a gravel road. Seems like it banged up the bottom of my car a good bit. Right when I got off of that gravel road the engine started buzzing and making a whining noise when i am accelerating. It is not leaking at all and I havent looked under the car yet. (busy with work and just have been driving the cbr) Seems like at idle you can kind of hear a chugging noise but nothing bad at idle mainly concerned about the whining and loud engine buzz. Also no engine light or oil lights are on.

Could be that a piece of gravel is stuck somewhere like on an exhaust pipe and vibrating away with the engine. I once picked up gravel in a construction zone and it jammed itself between the brake disk and the shield. Sounded like the car was disintegrating,
