hi there im new i've searched for 3 days on this problem so i thought on starting a new thread on it, my problem we'll i will start from the beginning. i bought a 1.8t quattro non runner, it had a broken block and chewed up rods.

the original avj engine was not worth working on so i got a awt and fitted all parts that the avj had but bought new cam sensor, crank sensor, water pump, timing belt, all was done and fitted and worked for a few days till it was driven for 30 mins the esp and epc light came on.

i checked it out and code p0222 came on, since then i checked the plug for the TB and had bent pins, so i replaced with a new one, now the tb was tested on a running car and it ran fine no problems.

since then i have reset the ecu and the code is gone, also the epc light is off now, but the esp light is still on when i turn the ignition to ON the esp light does off for a second then back on perminant even when started, it has a jumpy idle going up and down, other than that when i drive it its ok but the rought idle is getting to me, i changed maf with a brand new one, plugs, coil packs checked with the other audi and they work. checked wiring loom for connectivity from tb to ecu and all came out positive, please some one shine some light on my problem please
