fault failure codes found CCM and others
Well I put the ross-tech software to use on the audi today and several of the modules reported "No communication" with central convenience module. I plan to get one ordered right away. But I received another fault failure code titled "entry assist, D", and "entry assist, P" which d is driver and p is passenger I assume. The code is 02013 and 02014 which says "switch for seatback latch; passenger seat (f212) 27-00 - implausible signal. The other is the same except it says driver seat. What module would be causing this code? I want to replace all the faulty modules while I am at it so I thought I might ask if anyone could tell me more about the root of the entry codes. thanks.
what kind of diagnostic are you running? Don't use guided fault finding, interrogate each individual module one by one. The CCM should be designation 46 (35 isn't used on B6's) and any codes read out by the vag com should say which module designation it came from.
Also, I tried to remove the seat so I can get to the modules and I was able to get front bolts out but seat is too far back and won't come forward. How do I get the seat out if I cannot get to the rear bolts? thanks.
Well no doubt the CCM won't respond, i was asking what module did you get those fault codes from? Or are those the fault code numbers for no response?
As far as the seat goes, you HAVE to move the seat to get at the other bolts, if the seat won't move you will need to get a 90* angle triple square (like an allan key) to get at those two bolts.

Well you don't need to remove the seat to get the CCM module out, you need to remove the door sill holding the carpet down then peel it back to expose the module.
I would try changing that module out before worrying about the seat, that MIGHT make the seat work. If it doesn't you WILL need to go to the dealer to have the seat removed.
