OMG I've been telling myself for 2 years now that I need to get a tune no matter what cause my brothers APR Stage 1 B6 kills me EVERYTIME time but $550 just for a tune was a little on the high side. A buddy of mine that runs the CarQuest in East Hartford, CT sold me his tuned ecu (GIAC STAGE 1) out of his 04 a4 he sold because they did 2 head gaskets in 100 miles then determined the head was cracked and he just sold it. $175 and 20 min later my car is done she feels great but I'm weary about going any higher in hp since im close to 208k. what are you guys' thoughts on a tuned turbo motor with over 200k? ive done a ton of work the last 2 months (new turbo, cam chain tensioner, all check valves, pancake valve, n75, pcv, DV coilpacks/plugs) but all internals/block/head are stock. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated!
