what about poloshing the inside of a stock Intake manifold??? Anyone evert hought of that? Is it worth the gains?

To be honest no...The stock intake volume is about 1.3L while the discplacement of the motor is 1.8L; on a modified setup the intake manifold becomes a restriction, not only that but the stock overall design and TB entry is a poor design.
