i can't find any info on this.. the forge 004 will work with the b6 1.8t right? all i see it for is b5's. sorry for my noobness.. i just wanna make sure before i spend the money.

Yes, it works with all 1.8t's

ok thats cool, and also.. do think it's a good idea to get a chip for a turbo that has 80,000miles on it?

It depends in what condition your turbo is.

turbo would be dead already, just more pronouced with higher psi. My car didnt see higher boost until about 80k (when i got the car) and the turbo was working fine past 100k.
