I own 2005 Audi A4 Ultra Sport and I have a question I have ordered a forge 004 BOV/DV
My question is what do I all need does it all come in the packege that it comes to parts.
Another thing is how hard is it to put in and is there anywhere i can find pictures or instructions.

All you need is a 004 and a billet 1" plug which you gonna put on the recirc. hose.

 

Questions, I ordered my Forge 004 My questions is how loud is it going to be with just a valve it self
some people tell me that its better to get an Intake also Wut you think i mean is it going to be really quiet like a stock one or ??? thanks

 

Forge 004 isBV it cant be NOT loud ))
It would be loud, you will see, dont worry about it.

 

You gave me a web site to how to put a BOV there is something on my 2005 Audi A4 that looks like a stock BOV on the top of the engine on the back of it on the top
its black and it looks like it. Would that be it. Are there different locations on different years of the audi or are they all on the same locations.
If yes. What would that be then if its not BOV. Thanks

 

No, that is not your stock DV, your stock DV is at the same spot as on any b6 model.
By the way, you will new new clamps, because those holding your stock DV are one time use.

 

audiprotien is right. 1" plug and the forge 004. i got mine from E Code Tuning.

as you can see in my sig. i have the 004, and its loud.
the blow off valve is going to go down in between the bumper and the radiator. easily accesible if you jack your car up a bit and pull off the plastic coverings, along with the left fog light grill (you can fit your hand in there and makes it easier to work on)

but try and do a little searching on here before you ask questions. we are always welcome to help. but i was able to do this install without asking any questions. just search a little bit

 

I am sorry man i Just hate searching I usually am unlucky that it comes to that i can never find anything lol. Now my last last question about BOV lol, How big of a difference does it make having an Intake and forge004 or just forge004 that it comes to sound. My worries are how loud its going to be and will i be able to hear it inside of the car cuz i love it loud. But i just bought the car so i dont have the intake or anything i am just planning to run it on the FORGE alone for now. Wut you guys think.

the intake systems for our car dont do much. they make the trubo SPOOL more audible. you "whooshing" sound is going to remain the same volume because you are blowing off the same psi no matter what! i hope that makes sense. dont do the intake. waste of money. you will hear the forge 004 in the car... NO PROBLEM. that thing is loud. the loudest one i could find. windows up... windows down. stereo on. or off... you will hear it. its loud!!!

you are pushing about 8psi... and thats loud

Thanks man I really appreciate it, this is my first time owning a turbo car i had a mitsubishi eclipse lol and i sold it cuz i wanted something more luxery and sporty and i love my audi lol. I have another question I need to plug my recirc. valve using a 1" Billet Plug where the hell can i get those other then the internet do you know any bastic auto stores that would have it. Cuz I already got my Forge004 but i need that plug and i dont feel like waiting for it over the net? Have u experianced any problems with forge004 killing codes or anything like that. Thanks my man.
