Default fricken coolant leak!!!

so when i replaced my clutch, i replaced the coolant heater flange in the back of the motor towards the firewall. i believe this connects to the heater core? and has a temp sensor on it. i replaced it because i had a leak there.

well after replacing it, all was fine until i decided to replace my turbo to exhaust gaskets and the nuts, i noticed coolant dripping again. im like wtf... and it seems to get worse when the car is jacked up and leaning??? and im sure this is whats causing my gauge to fluctuate as well because there would be air pockets in it?

heres a video of it.it is sped up to keep the video time down

might be that little black gasket wasnt seated properly. I know that is a common reason for it to leak.
