Default Glove box Switch

Anyone know where on the glove box is the switch that controls the light inside? I have an 04' A4.

To my knowledge there isn't one. I think if you turn off the cabin light switch it will shut it off. You may just need to replace the bulb if it is not working.

kelseysautobody is right. There is no individitual swtich for it. It lights up when you open the glove box with headlights on.

I think he might be asking about where the sensor is that detects when you open the door. Since mine is sitting at home, I can't run out and look (work sucks). I've had that thing apart every which way and of course I can't remember one little detail haha

I believe it is on the right hinge toward the bottom. You would have to remove the entire glove box first.
