Default Good Deal? Sold my B5 now looking at a B6

Hi Guys,
Just wanted to confirm with all you Audi enthusiast if this is a good find. I don't think KBB places the correct value on Audi because it does not take into consideration the maintenence of the vehicle and spits out average values.

2004 A4 1.8t Quattro 60k miles Trip, Cold Weather Package, leather etc.
Timing Belt and water pump already replaced, very well maintained, couple dings here and there.

$12,000

I bought a 2002 very similar to that in November for $10,790, but mine hasn't had the T-belt done yet and had 62K miles and a manual transmission. That value is probably pretty good given the T-belt is already done.

Default my experience

In September, I bought a 2003 1.8t, black with cream leather interior (not that color effects price). triptronic, had new timing belt, water pump. brakes, rotors, tires and all fluids changed, for 12,400 from an audi dealer. Had 72,000 when I bought it, now has 83,000. So far I have had a vacuum hose ($275 at the stealership) and the coil packs replaced (free but had to pay 30 for the tow; ins company picked up the first $100).

love the car, the right mix of sport and comfort, hope it lasts!

Wow, you aren't kidding with the word "stealership!" I had a cracked vacuum hose replaced + an oil change for $145 at an independent shortly after I bought mine in November.

I think it sounds like a pretty good deal. I just picked up a 2004 black on gray leather with manual trans, premium package, cold weather pkg, lighting pkg for 15,000. The car had 51,000 on it. It was a little more than I wanted to pay but it had everything I wanted.

Thanks guys. It was a little more than I wanted to spend but I ended up getting it. Love it! I look at it as an investment and plan on keeping it for at least 5 years. Pictures soon to come. Big upgrade from my 97.
