Both tranny leaks should take priority and the larger of those if you can only afford 1. You can put oil in the car but the tranny is sealed so you cannot. I'm pretty sure it is anyways.

yes you are right it is sealed... not saying im going to do this, but theoretically how long could i go with the oil leak if i were to just keep topping it off... basically what im saying is if i wait a month or 2 until i fix it with just topping the oil off would i be ok?

I would say that's fine as long as you keep it up. It will alert you when at minimum, as you know I'm sure. I had a cam tensioner leak for over a year. I know your pain.

Tranny should get fixed first.

Is this a Tiptronic or manual transmission?

At any rate, the transmission leaks should be repaired first. The engine oil leaks are common on the A4, and the only thing those are going do is give you a burning oil smell in the cabin eventually. That can wait until you're better off financially.

The tiptronic transmission is not sealed, per se. But to fill it with fluid does require that you do so from underneath the car via a 17mm hex fill hole. There are some DIY's around that you can google if you want to try it yourself.

+1 to the above comments. Get the tranny done as soon as you can since that will turn into a much more costly problem if it gets too low on fluid.

You can add oil for a while and not hurt anything. With your mileage I would say wait for the cam/tensioner/valve cover seals to be done when you do the first timing belt mainenance.
