VAGCOM wont turn them off.. you can unplug the pump for them (on mine its at the bottom of the resevoir right by the line that heads down to the headlights). I ended up riping mine out (caped the hose, disconnected the pump, pulled the risers, and superglued the caps on the bumper), they make taking the bumper off a pain, and they didnt work anyway. Whose lights get so dirty that they cant wait to get gas and wipe them off (im sure someone will call me out on that, but for most of the time).
