Default Heater problems.

When i put on the blower in the car , it only blows warm air on the drivers side. The passenger side is constantly cold. I have checked the fuses , taken the glovebox out to check if the pipes are off.
It is a 2005 2.0 tdi.

Thank you in advance.

Yes it is. In fact ive even put the drivers right down to low and put passengers up to high to see if that would work but no difference.

Might be a flapper motor, scan the climate control for codes, if no codes, check try to see if the motor turns anything or its just making noise... Ive see the gears get chewd up in them and they would not throw any codes and sound like they work, but not...

Seams like the blend door is malfunctioning. It could be a servo that's bad and not opening the door to mix hot n cold air.

Unfortunately it probably wont be the easiest to access - might be something the dealer would be better of doing.
