bought an 02 a4 Quattro 6spd 3.0 it has 102k miles on it. when i am accelerating at low rpms doesnt matter what gear it hesitates. even when im on the freeway cruzing in sixth at about 2k i ease into the gas and it sputters and coughs and shakes a little then goes away and comes back. its really weird thoughts anyone?

 

Sounds like it might be misfiring randomly, it might be time to replace your ignition coils. Have the fault codes checked and verify.

 

the weird thing is its not throwing any codes no cel or anything

 

Check for vacuum leaks as well.
