I'll try that,It may very well be the bushings because the sounds goes away once I drive it for awhile(I guess as it heats up)..Thanks..

I will check that pipe thats in front of the radiator though..Someone said it could be the bearings but idk if that would be it..
Dear God I was just gonna post about this problem...the EXACT thing! its not a whine as if the steering is strained....when you turn the wheel (especially in stand still) it sounds not like door creaking but as if you are inside a submarine in a movie where it is about to break and water leak and all the dramatic stuff

the sound is more structural I'm so **** scared i feel my car is gonna break apart....and yes its definitely gotten worse in the cold weather...

Here's something I don't know if you guys noticed....say you turn the wheel left for example and you hear the creaking groaning sound....straighten the wheel and then if you turn it left again the creaking sound is not really there...so if you keep turning it in the same direction the sound won't come...but the moment you turn it right that creaking is back!....and same thing you keep turning right it will not come but the moment you turn left again it will creak

I want to sort this out ASAP....its scaring the hell out of me (specially cuz my car has a carfax history of structural damage).

LOL the submarine sound is kind of spot on..But don't worry I freaked a bit, never heard it before..But yeah I think the bushings are the major problem, you may have read but I was told to spray it..As for the wheel thing,I didn't notice that..I'll see if it happens next time I get in the car..

Yeah I read about the spraying thing....but did it work for you? If so then i'll do that...

I'm gonna post on a seperate thread about this...but last night I noticed white smoke from my exhaust...kind of faint not really there and it felt like the vapor you get when you start the car...problem is that its there when the engine has warmed and has been driven....it does not smell sweet (which would have meant anti-freeze) and it did not smell oily...don't really know what it was...maybe vapory....but does the water vapor still come from the exhaust after its been driven a while?

Haven't tried it yet but will soon..As for the smoke i'm not sure,is it still cold or cool where you are? If so it may just be the heat from the exhaust against the cold air..Not sure though..You should try sea foaming your car after you find what the problem is..

Light condensation is normal. I drove 75 miles yesterday (at 70-90 mph, so I know the engine was well warmed up) in 25o weather and when I stopped for gas (engine running), I noticed it still emitted light "smoke".
