Default Help programming Key

Is there any way to get the key programmed without going to dealer, nearest dealer is 400 miles away, and the VW stealership is a F*^%$ng joke they wont even talk to me about it.

Are you talking about the remote half or the IMMO half of the key?

The part with the key in it only the Dealer can sync it to the car, because they have that specific tool to sync it, I don't think is the VAG-COM. The part with the remote you just have to put it in your car and open the key a couple of time and it syncs on its own, I think is on the owners manual. I was in the same shoes as you, VW won't touch the car but they would sell me Passat parts that would fit my A4.
