Recently bought a 2003 A4 1.8t Auto, and I noticed that when travelling over 120 kph a fairly loud rattle starts from the right hand side. Can't really tell if it's in the dash or the engine compartment. when I slow down and come off the throttle the noise speeds up.
I tightened up soem heat shields but that didn't affect it, looked into other problems like maybe a bad wastegate actuator? But that would be rev-related rather than speed.
Possibly fuel lines?
