I have a audi a4 avant 2005. I have no power to the number plate lights or boot lock,have looked at all the wiring and connections,all looks ok.happend after I fitted a new number plate bulb of the same type 12v 5w.please can you help.alan

thanks, yes first thing I tried.all fixed now.they got now fuses they are powered from a supply unit box.and when there is a fault they cut the power off,so you you have to reset the box.
