Hello Everyone,
I was wondering if anyone had any insight onchipping (APR Stage 1+ in particular) A4 with high mileage. I have a 2003 A4 1.8TQ with 102,700 mile on it. I was just wondering if anyone that is chipped has had any problems as their car as they accumulate miles on the car. I am ready to do somethiong fun to the car. All the money I have put into it so far has been maintenace. Timing Belt, Sludge (Driving from San Diego to Providence RI) Valve Cover Gasket, Catalytic Converter and the list goes on.... Thanks in advance for any help.

 

i got mine chipped with 117,000 miles on it, no problems at all. im gonna go stage 1+ within the next month.

 

you can do a compression test to be completely sure, but 102k isn't that high. you should be perfectly fine

 

dougyfresh on audizine just went to a ASP 3+ kit (gt28RS) at 107k... he hasnt had any problems
